Love
What meanest thou, my fortune
From Early English Lyrics (1907)
Love
What meanest thou, my fortune,
From me so fast to fly!
Alas, thou art importune
To work thus cruelly.
Thy waste continually
Shall cause me call and cry;
Woe worth the time that I
To love did first apply!
