The anguish of Conscience
From Two Bookes of Epigrammes, and Epitaphs (1639), Book II
Social Commentaries

Fares like a Nightingale with tender brest
Vpon a thorne, and takes as little rest,
But with lesse straines of Musicke, more of woe.
