by Sir Aston Cokain 1608–1684

From A Chain of Golden Poems (1658)

Relationships

Awedding solemniz'd, because none els
Would court them to divide them from themselves:
And it is fit they should be married, when
None els will have that Woman, or Woman Man.
The beasts are coupled; and 'twill be no wonder,
If like beasts they agree, or part asunder.
