Thou canst not speake yet, Macer, for to speake,
Is to distinguish sounds significant:
Thou with harsh noise the ayre dost rudely breake;
But what thou utterest common sence doth want,--
Halfe English words, with fustian termes among
Much like the burthen of a Northerne song.
