CCCXXXII. Tasting that the Lord is gracious.

YES, it is sweet to taste his Grace,
Who bought us with his Blood;
My Soul prefers the Relish still
To all created Good.

O how I love that vital Word,
Which taught me first to live!
Thirst for that uncorrupted Milk,
That I may grow and thrive!

All gracious LORD, instruct us more
Thy saving Gifts to know:
And let our inmost Hearts rejoice,
That thou hast lov'd us so.

Open thy Stores with lib'ral Hand,
That we may daily feast;
And let each dying Soul around
The sweet Salvation taste.
