From Clarastella (1650), Epigrams, Lib. 1
Social Commentaries
When you to little purpose much do talk
Repeating stil the same thing, and I baulk
Your weaker argument to avoid delay;
Angry you'd have me hear you out, you say,
I'have heard thee out too long, where you ha' bin
Wide from the purpose, now lets hear thee in.
