Upon Pusse and her Prentice. Epig.

by Robert Herrick 1591–1674

From Hesperides (1648)

Living

PUsse and her Prentice both at Draw-gloves play;
That done, they kisse, and so draw out the day:
At night they draw to Supper; then well fed,
They draw their clothes off both, so draw to bed.
