Social Commentaries
THE worthless Cypher, when alone,
Is in himself much less then one ;
But plac'd behind more Cunning Men,
Exalts each figure up to Ten :
And when Two thoughtless Noughts have blunder'd,
The Knave before becomes a Hundred.
So rise, by Aid of worthless Fools,
The Men who know to use their Tools.
