Book III, 94: A Resolution
From Divine Fancies (1633), Book III
Religion
If thou hast giv'n me Wealth, great God, I crave
Content; and Grace to have the goods I have;
If otherwise; thy will be done: I crave not
So much, to have, as use the goods I have not:
Lord, make me Thine: And then I shall appeare,
If not thy Almner, yet thy Beads-man, here.
