Religion

1. I laud your most beloved guest, like a dear friend,
O Agni, him!
Who, like a chariot, wins us wealth.

2. Whom as a Sage who merits praise the Gods have, from the olden time,
Established among mortal men.

3. Do thou, most youthful God, protect the men who offer, hear their songs,
And of thyself preserve their seed!
