Religion

Pdcr i. 1. Through the righteousness of OUR GOD
Saviour Jesus Christ.

Through the perfect righteousness
Of our God and Saviour here,
Through His merits we possess
Precious faith in hearts sincere,
Justice now is satisfied,
God 's appeased, for God hath died.

Jesus Christ, the good, the just,
True, eternal God supreme,
We in His obedience trust,
Gain the grace obtain'd by Him;
Peace He purchased on the tree,
Faith for all mankind, and me.
