Joshua 11:18: Grace which sure salvation brings
From Short Hymns on Select Passages of the Holy Scriptures (1762) · Osborn ed., vol. 9 (1870)
Religion
Grace which sure salvation brings.
Doth long the war maintain.
Fights those other lords and kings,
Who over us did reign:
He who leads the hosts of God,
Conquers, and reconquers all.
Till hy Joshua's sword destroy'd
They into nothing fall.
