Psalm: Early in the morning will I direct my prayer, &c
From Short Hymns on Select Passages of the Holy Scriptures (1762) · Osborn ed., vol. 9 (1870)
Religion
Object of Thy guardian care.
Heavenward I direct my prayer.
Rock of my security,
Thankful I look up to Thee;
Bless'd with yet another day
Let me live my God to' obey,
Live Thine utmost will to prove,
Live to pray, repent, and love.
