Psalm: Of blessings infinite I read

by Charles Wesley 1707–1788

From Short Hymns on Select Passages of the Holy Scriptures (1762) · Osborn ed., vol. 9 (1870)

Religion

Of blessings infinite I read,
"The foremost, that my heart hath bled,"
And thank Thee for a moment's pain,
Whose fruit shall evermore remain;
How good for me the suffering given!
Tis grace, 'tis holiness, 'tis heaven!
