Psalm: Jesus, the power belongs to Thee
From Short Hymns on Select Passages of the Holy Scriptures (1762) · Osborn ed., vol. 9 (1870)
Religion
Jesus, the power belongs to Thee,
Set my imprison'd spirit free
From pride and passion's chain;
Thy Spirit breathe into my heart,
Then, then I shall be as Thou art,
And never sin again.
