Hymns on the Lord's Supper, 34

by Charles Wesley 1707–1788

Religion

Lord of life, Thy followers see,
Hungering, thirsting after Thee;
At Thy sacred table feed,
Nourish us with living bread.

Cheer us with immortal wine,
Heavenly sustenance Divine;
Grant us now a fresh supply,
Now relieve us, or we die.
