John 3:2: The same came to Jesus by night
From Short Hymns on Select Passages of the Holy Scriptures (1762) · Osborn ed., vol. 11 (1871)
Religion

And come to Christ by night?
Or cherish the first dawn of grace.
And teach them Jesus to confess
With all the sons of light.
