Religion

I, Thee Jesus, Thee I fall before
Who only art the church's Door,
With importunity;
I knock, and never will depart.
Open, O Lord, Thy loving heart,
And take me into Thee.

If Thou the grace of faith bestow,
Thyself I by Thy Spirit know
My true eternal rest.
Entrance into Thy church I find,
Through Thee to all Thy people join'd,
And shelter'd in Thy breast.
