John 10:38: Though ye believe not Me, believe the works
From Short Hymns on Select Passages of the Holy Scriptures (1762) · Osborn ed., vol. 11 (1871)
Religion
Re-begotten from above
In Christ, and creatures new,
Sinners, by our works we prove
That our report is true,
Witness what we surely know.
That men may still the Spirit receive;
Let our words for nothing go,
Ye must our lives believe.
