Religion
Jesus must first for Peter die,
And purchase the courageous grace.
Must His own Godhead testify
That Peter may his Lord confess:
The Son of God, the martyrs' Head
Doth power for His disciples claim,
And gives us, dying in our stead.
The strength to suffer for His name.
