Acts 10:8: When he had declared all these things unto, &c
From Short Hymns on Select Passages of the Holy Scriptures (1762) · Osborn ed., vol. 12 (1872)

An openness of heart sincere
Experience from above,
A mutual trust till then unknown,
Inspired by piety alone,
A confidence of love.
