Acts 19:19: Sinners, if Christ ye truly seek
From Short Hymns on Select Passages of the Holy Scriptures (1762) · Osborn ed., vol. 12 (1872)
Religion
Sinners, if Christ ye truly seek
Your covenant with Satan break,
An open detestation show,
Of him and all his works beloAv;
In league with hell who long have been
Bring all your instruments of sin,
Your cards, the devil's books, disdain,
And cast your plays into the flame.
