Revelation 3:19: Be zealous
From Short Hymns on Select Passages of the Holy Scriptures (1762) · Osborn ed., vol. 13 (1872)
Religion
Jesus, I fain would find
Thy zeal for God in me,
Thy yearning pity for mankind,
Thy burning charity:
Jn me Thy Spirit dwell,
In me Thy bowels move,
So shall the fervour of my zeal
Be the pure flame of love.
