Living

Vulcane bygat me : Mynerva me taught
Nature, my mother : craft norischt me yere by yere
Thre bodyes ar my fode : my strengh is in naught :
Angre, wrath, wast, and noyse are my children dere
Gesse frend what I ame and how I ame wrought :
Monstere of see or of lande or of els where "
Know me and use me and I may the defend
And if I be thine enmye, I may thy life ende.
