al-Khasafi

'Amir of Muharib, called al-Khasafi, wrote a rejoinder to Ode XC (by al-Husain ibn al-Humam). Lyall says little is heard of the tribe of Muharib, whose lands lay south of Jabal Salma between Tayyi' and Hawazin.
