Boethus

Boethus is one of the epigrammatists whose short poems were gathered in the Greek Anthology. Paton's index of authors gives no firm date for the poet. Paton's index lists the poet among the writers of the Wreath of Philippus, the Garland compiled in the first century AD. Paton's index describes him as an elegiac poet.
