Maria White Lowell

Maria White Lowell (1821–1853) was an American poet, born at Watertown, Massachusetts. In 1844 she married the poet James Russell Lowell, and she died at Cambridge, Massachusetts, in 1853.

Her poems were printed privately after her death. Stedman’s An American Anthology (1900) reprints her "Song" and "The Morning-Glory".
