Mu'awiyah ibn Malik

Mu'awiyah ibn Malik was a son of Malik ibn Ja'far and Umm al-Banin, of the 'Amir ibn Sa'sa'ah, and brother of at-Tufail and 'Amir Abu Bara. Lyall says he took part in the deputation to King an-Nu'man early in that king's reign.

Two of his pieces are in the Mufaddaliyat.
