William Stephenson

William Stephenson is represented here by verse printed in The Newcastle Song Book; or, Tyne-side Songster (Newcastle: W. & T. Fordyce, 1842), 2 pieces.

The Newcastle Song Book gives no biographical detail for this writer, so the date above is the year of the collection in which the songs appear. The dialect spelling of the printed texts is kept.
