König Wenzel von Böhmen

King Wenceslas II of Bohemia, a patron of German poets, is credited in the Codex Manesse with a small group of songs.

One of his songs appears here in Frank C. Nicholson’s translation, Old German Love Songs (1907), made from the minnesingers of the twelfth to fourteenth centuries.
