Keep Your Own Secret
Translated by Edward FitzGerald (1853)
At the court of Parma the Prince, his secretary Don Cesar and the courtier Don Felix each hide a love from the rest, and every secret confided to the wrong ear tangles the plot further. The comedy ends with Nisida's hand placed in Felix's and a moral against trusting even a friend with a secret.
