Social Commentaries

Olde Abbeyes who that liues doth not despise,
Which knew their fall & knows they cānot rise?
And I despise the new, because I see.
They were but are not; these will neuer be.
But wer't not sinne, and might I be so bold,
I would desire one newe for many olde.
