Social Commentaries

When thou didst know the merry Feast
Of jocund Flora was at best,
Our solemn sports how loosely free,
And debonair e the vulgar be,
Strict Cato, why didst thou intrude
Into the seated multitude?
Was it thy frolick here alone
Only to enter and be gone?
