Book IV, 1: A Good Morrow
From Divine Fancies (1633), Book IV
Religion
Tis day: Vnfold thine Armes; Arise, and rouze
Thy leaden Spirits, and pay thy Mcrning Vowes;
Send up thy Incense; Let her early smoke
Renew that League thy very dreames have broke;
Then mayst thou worke or play; Nothing shall be
Displeasing to thy God, that pleases thee.
