Exodus 10:23: While the world is wrapp'd in night
From Short Hymns on Select Passages of the Holy Scriptures (1762) · Osborn ed., vol. 9 (1870)
Religion
While the world is wrapp'd in night,
Nor yet the darkness feel,
We the children of the light
In joy and comfort dwell;
Walking in the light of grace,
A brighter day we soon shall prove.
Dazzled with the glorious blaze
Of God's eternal love.
