Ezekiel 34:28: Take this stumbling-block away

by Charles Wesley 1707–1788

Religion

Take this stumbling-block away,
That we may safely dwell,
Fall no more ah helpless prey
To sin, the world, and hell:
Sin and fear at once shall cease,
If Thou our unbelief remove,
Then we live in perfect peace,
Who live in perfect love.
