John 14: Be it according to Thy word
From Short Hymns on Select Passages of the Holy Scriptures (1762) · Osborn ed., vol. 12 (1872)
Religion
Be it according to Thy word;
Jesus our living quickening Lord.
To Thee our all we owe;
Thy rising is the cause of ours,
And fills our souls with heavenly powers,
When Thee we truly know.
