Psalm 67
From Davids Psalms in Metre (1655)
HAve mercy, Lord, on us,
and blesse us with thy grace,
And on us ever cause to shine
the brightnesse of thy face.
Thy ways and works to us
that all the earth may know,
And that thy saving health thou maist
unto all Nations show.
O let the people all
give praise unto thy name,
Yea, let the people through the world
in praise extoll the same.
O let the nations all
rejoice, and sing with mirth,
For thou in righteousnesse dost judge
the nations of the earth.
O let the people all
give praise unto thy name,
Yea, let the people through the world
in praise extoll the same.
And then the earth shall yield
a plentiful increase,
And our God, even our own God,
shall blesse us all in peace.
God shall himself us blesse,
who are his people dear,
And then the ends of all the earth
shall worship him in fear.
