Rubin

Rubin was a minnesinger of the generation of Walther von der Vogelweide, known from the few songs preserved under his name in the Codex Manesse.

Two of his songs appear here in Frank C. Nicholson’s translation, Old German Love Songs (1907), made from the minnesingers of the twelfth to fourteenth centuries.
