Love
The Kiss
Translated by John Bowring (1830) · From Poetry of the Magyars (1830)
Love
Come hither, sweet maiden, come hither to me,
And bring of good wine a full measure with thee;
And give me a kiss for the kiss I will give thee,
And do not deceive, and I will not deceive thee.
