Social Commentaries

With charge of soules as Polititians say,
Possesse one clerke should but one benefice.
But without charge of soules, we see how they.
Sticke not to lay vp, fowre and seauen apiece.
We clerkes would keepe one liuing and no moe.
So you which are not clerks would keepe but two.
