Psalm: For half an age of mournful years
From Short Hymns on Select Passages of the Holy Scriptures (1762) · Osborn ed., vol. 9 (1870)
Religion
For half an age of mournful years
I justly plagued have been,
As left by God to griefs and fears,
And sin chastising sin:
Comfort me, Saviour, by Thy grace:
And when Thy face I see.
An age of everlasting days
I shall rejoice in Thee.
