Nature
Plum-Blossom
Translated by Clara A. Walsh (1910) · From The Master-Singers of Japan
Nature
Boldly the white plum-blossoms raise
Their fragrant beauty through the haze
Of winter gloom, where sleet and snow
Contending, round my dwelling blow.
